VPN Requirements
Verify Global Protect\Duo Mobile App
- Verify that Global Protect is installed. (PC) Look for the Globe icon in the system tray. (Mac) Look for the Globe icon in the menu bar across the top.
- Verify that Duo Mobile app is installed on your mobile device.
If you have both Global protect and Duo app
- Open Global Protect and click Connect
- User name is just your first name initial and last name (fname) and enter your network password
- Open Duo App on your mobile device. Duo app will receive a notification, open the Notification and click the Green check mark.
You will then be connected to VPN
If you don't have Duo App, download it from your Phones app store. Contact support and provide your mobile number and an activation link by sms.
If you don't have Global Protect on your computer, contact support for assistance.
