Do you get to the login screen, enter your credentials but still can’t log in?

Please make sure you are going to the correct URL: https://altarum-cp.deltekenterprise.com/cpweb.

USERNAME: work email address

PASSWORD: password used to access your work email

SYSTEM: ALTARUM

If you are redirected to another window for authentication, please verify the email address before proceeding. You may need to edit the email address that is auto populated and altarum.org is added

Have you tried a different browser? Do you get the same issue?

One other thing you can try which sometimes solves logon issues….get to the login screen and click the reset link. It will clear any stored credential information.
