Clear browser cache
If using Microsoft Edge:
1. Open a browser and click the three dots at the far top right corner
2. Click Settings
3. On the left side, click Privacy, search and services
4. Under Clear browsing data, Clear browsing data now, click Choose what to clear
5. Under Time range, click the drop menu and select All Time
6. Click Clear Now
If using Chrome:
1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar (three horizontal bars near the upper right hand corner).
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Privacy and security on the left side
4. Select Clear browsing data in the middle
5. In the dialog that appears, select the checkbox for Browsing history. You may check the other boxes, but not required
6. Click the drop arrow next to Time range and select an option. For best results, choose All time
7. Click Clear Data at the bottom to complete the process
8. Completely close all Chrome browsers, then open Chrome and start your process again
If using Firefox:
1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button and then select Options
2. Select the Advanced panel.
3. Click on the Network tab.
4. In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
